My hope is to become a resource your team can offer families when additional support at home would improve confidence, encourage compliance with discharge instructions, or provide closer supervision during recovery.
For appropriate cases, this may also provide another option when a patient is medically ready to leave the hospital but the family would benefit from additional assistance in a home setting — one that is quiet, structured, and unhurried.
Medical decisions remain, always, under the direction of the attending veterinarian.
My Farm Dog
Clear visibility into every stay.
We are building My Farm Dog so veterinary teams and families can follow each dog's day in real time. It mirrors the daily care sheet used on the farm — meals with portions and times, medications with dose and administration time, potty breaks, and a full wellness check covering water, walks, appetite, mobility, and grooming.
For families
Check in anytime to see meals eaten, medications given, potty breaks logged, and photos and notes from the same caregiver who is with your dog all day.
For veterinary teams
A shared, timestamped record of every dose, symptom observed, weight change, and follow-up appointment kept — alongside owner and vet contacts on file. Available on referral, no extra calls required.
My Farm Dog is live. Referring teams and enrolled families receive access for real-time visibility into meals, medications, and daily observations.

Our smallest suite is intentionally held year-round for bottle babies and shelter recovery pets. We partner with local shelters and rescues to provide quiet, at-home recovery care for animals who benefit from one-on-one attention before their next chapter.
